"Bay Area Focus with Susan Sikora" is one of very few locally produced TV talk shows in the San Francisco Bay Area. This one-on-one interview format, hosted by EMMY winner Susan Sikora, airs Sunday mornings at 8 a.m. on The CW 44cable12 (KBCW-TV) throughout Northern California. The show features in-depth conversations with visiting celebrities and newsmakers, local artists, experts, politicians, and community leaders. In addition, it highlights the Bay Area's numerous non-profit organizations, activities and community events, and addresses the gamut of regional and local issues and concerns dealing with education, housing, politics, and transportation.

Feb. 14  Political Humorist Will Durst offers his take on the Obama administration's first year and a critical look at California's governor and legislators, plus Husband and wife team Mike Tauber and Pamela Singh, authors of Blended Nation tells us how through photos and essays they are hoping to profile the experience of being mixed race in the twenty-first century in America.

Feb. 28  Bay Area Career columnist Marty Nemko tells us where the jobs are in this tough economy, offers his take on the Obama administration's first year and a critical look at California's governor and legislators, plus Exec. Dir. of the Asian Film Festival Chi Hui Yang offers a sneak preview of their upcoming event.

Sikora hosted daily, live TV talk shows in several top 10 markets: New Jersey's "In Your Corner" and "Consumer Line" (PBS), and Boston's Morning, Live (CBS). A New Jersey native, she hosted nationally-syndicated programs at both NBC and ABC Network Radio. Sikora returned to the Bay Area to host KGO TV's daily, live, talk show "Good Morning Bay Area." She also hosted a call-in program for KGO Radio and was the consumer contributor on KPIX-TV's original Evening Magazine. Susan Sikora resides in Marin County with her husband Skip, and their two "catkids" Oliver and Scarlett.
