Aspiring artists are encouraged to register on CWBayArea.com and submit user-generated content that depicts an original Comic Book Hero. Registered visitors to CWBayArea.com will then vote to determine the best entry and the winner will receive an Adobe Creative Suite and Wacom Graphics tablet worth $1,500. In addition, the winner will be featured in a full-page ad in the San Francisco Chronicle and the winning Hero will be used in local promotion The CW on The CW 44 Cable 12.
